JESSE PAUL

Managing Partner

Jesse David Paul is the Founder and Managing Partner of Jesse Paul & Co. Attorneys-at-Law, where he provides strategic legal representation and advisory services to individuals, corporations, and institutions across a wide range of practice areas.

Mr. Paul has appeared as both Advocate and Instructing Attorney before the Magistrates’ Court, Industrial Court, Equal Opportunity Tribunal, High Court (Civil, Family, and Children’s Divisions), and the Court of Appeal.

In addition to leading the firm, Mr. Paul serves as Legal Advisor to several corporate entities and as a director on various boards ensuring proper corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and risk management. He is committed to excellence, precision, and ethical practice.

Beyond private practice, Mr. Paul is actively engaged in civic and professional service. He contributes his time and service to several organizations, including the Trinidad and Tobago Blind Welfare Association (TTBWA), the Women’s Institute for Alternative Development’s Legal Committee (WINAD), and the Legal Aid and Advisory Authority’s (LAAA) External Attorney Panel.

He has also contributed to national legal discourse through published writings and remains dedicated to mentorship and community outreach.

Mr. Paul’s professional philosophy is grounded in integrity, diligence, and an unwavering commitment to delivering effective, client-focused legal solutions.

Annie Gopaul - Partner

ANNIE GOPAUL

Partner

Ms Gopaul was an educator before she entered private practice full time. She has served as the Legal Advisor to a conglomerate and private companies over the years.

Ms Gopaul ensures that her work is done meticulously with diligence and integrity. She appears before the Family Courts, the High Courts, and the Court of Appeal. She has prepared briefs for Kings Counsel at the Privy Council Court level. Ms Gopaul has worked alongside a retired Court of Appeal Judge and several Senior Counsels over the past 30 years.

She provides relevant counsel across area including but not limited to family law, probate and estates, wills, property, land lord and tenant and civil matters.

Ms Gopaul believes in philanthropy and giving back where she is involved with various charitable organizations and community outreaches. In her spare time, she likes reading.

Ms. Victor’s journey into law was shaped by her early involvement in peer-support and community initiatives, which instilled in her the values of compassion, active listening, and accessibility in the administration of justice.
